Swans Spy Missions and Scott Polar Institute Visit

Swans went on a trip to Cambridge to visit the Scott Polar Research Institute Museum to link with our 'Adventure' Topic theme on Polar Exploration.  We enjoyed a workshop run by a real Polar Researcher in the lecture theatre, and chose items from the displays to 'pack' in an imaginary suitcase for our own expeditions.  We also went to nearby Spy Missions where we completed a virtual mission to stop an evil tyrant from launching a missile!  This was linked to some formal letter writing we had done to apply for a job as a spy with MI5.
