Complaints Procedure

With a strong partnership between parents and staff we hope that any difficulties will quickly be resolved.
 
In the first instance particular problems should be referred to the class teacher and then to the Headteacher, who will try to sort it out informally. A copy of our policy for complaints is available on our website.
 
If, however, the issue cannot be resolved in this way, it may be referred first to a panel of Governors of the school, and, as a last resort, to the Local Authority for formal consideration. Further details of the authority’s procedures may be obtained from the Headteacher or Area Education Manager.
